Returns & Exchanges

At Shoshanna, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not perfectly happy with your order, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to the outside of your return package.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging and drop off the box at any authorized carrier location listed on your return label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method.
